We take into account various market comparables in each city to decide the optimal size of the proposed home. Data driven approach is the heart of our strategy to minimize risk.

Planning

Once the property is acquired, our proposed designs are ready even before closing the deal. Every day counts and with the entire team being in house it greatly reduces the time to obtain permits and start construction.

We do around 60 projects per year and our expertise in helping new home owners help us determine the latest market trends on design and construction.

Construction

Being a General Contractor we have the experience and expertise to turn around the projects quickly. With contractor discounts we are able to get the same home for a lower cost maintaing high quality.

With current new construction and additions in Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Los Altos, Saratoga,  San Jose we are aware of city guidelines and can maintain the pace of the project to an optimal level.

Marketing

We are aggresive in marketing the home with access to our realtor network. We hold a Realtor License as well and with very low Realtor fee on buying and selling we reduce the risk and  pass on the savings to our investors.

With direct marketing homes can be sold during construction as well. New homeowners prefer to choose final products being installed making our investment life cycle even smaller. Sooner the home sells faster investors get their money and we proceed to the next project.

Once the home is sold, investors can choose to withdraw the money or roll over to the next project. We provide higher profit rates to repeat investors.
