Design
Design begins with a free consultation. Following are the steps beyond:
- Sign design proposal.
- Site measurements.
- Drafting of initial plans.
- Order survey, soil report, etc as required.
- Drafting of proposed plans based on scope.
- Presentation of proposed plans to clients.
- Update proposed plans based on client feedback.
- Few iterations to reach the final plans.
- Client sign off on the plans.
- Structural Analysis.
- Title 24.
- Preparation of permit set.
- City submission.
- Address and city comments till approved permits.
Construction
Construction begins after permits are approved. Following are the steps involved:
- Sign construction proposal.
- Site preparations.
- Excavation for any foundation work.
- Foundation.
- Framing.
- Roofing.
- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing.
- Sheetrock.
- Painting.
- Finish Electrical/Plumbing.
- Flooring and painting.
- Installation of cabinets, counters, tubs, sinks, fixture, lights.
- Final Inspections.
- Cleanup and prepare for occupancy.
