Drafter | Designer | Permit Expeditor

We are hiring Drafters and Designers to assist architectural team with CAD drafting and development of construction documents. Prepare MEP plans and handle city submissions. Coordinate multiple projects during design and city comment cycles.

Responsibilities:
• Preparation of design development and construction documents.
• Assist in the investigation and design of projects.
• Prepare construction drawing set during Schematic Design Phase.
• Address any planning/building issues related to California Building Code.
• Responsible for building code review and city requirements.

Education / Certification / Experience Requirement:
• Experience in the production of architectural design set.
• 4 + experience working on residential project permits.
• Proficiency in CAD and/or Revit.

• Experience preparing residential MEP plans.

• Experience in residential building codes.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Salary Range: 60K-100K (based on experiences)

Location: Work from home. Occasional site visits may be needed.

Type: Permanent(Contract or Part-Time will be considered for the right candidate.)
